Funny customer

I chanced upon a funny customer today, and I must admit I actually laughed uncontrollably into the conversation without putting on mute. It was something like,



Customer (An elder man I assume, from his tone): How come my Iphone the screen suddenly so big one?



Me: Sir, what do you mean by screen big suddenly?



Customer: Like, the words suddenly very big, this one new phone leh, why liddat?



Me: Please hold on the line, Sir.



Me asking L: What are the possible reasons for an Iphone's fonts to be big suddenly?



L: You ask that bugger to zoom out la.



Me: OMG HAHAHA If thats the reason its super funny.



Me: *controlling laughter and unmute call* Thank you for holding, sir. May I know if you are currently surfing the web and zoomed in to the page?



Customer: Errrr.. ya suddenly become big, what happen to the phone?



Me: *Laughing into the phone* You might want to put your index finger and thumb together, touch the screen and separate your fingers. Thats to zoom out. *Laughs harder*

I later transferred the call to the technical side since he couldn't understand my literal language :p It was so funny at that time.
