I love you, Mom.

The belated Mother's Day post;

It was a simple affair, held at my grandparent's place. Sis wasn't there, what a pity. So, I actually had plans to make this year's Mother's Day a little more special for my mom, aunts, and grandmother. Brother, 2 cousins and I went off to the neighbourhood in search of some 2 tubs of icecream (Bread to go with it) and a cake. We settled for a decent boring-looking durian cake, since the whole family really enjoy durians. Still can't figure out how people can dislike this wonderful king of fruits. Bleah :P So anyway, I remembered walking pass a floral boutique and decided to get 6 stalks of roses, all in different colours.

Of course, red is for my beloved grandmother. Salmon for mommy, light pink for 3rd aunt, Purple for 4th aunt, Striking pink for small aunt, Yellow for aunt (Mum's bro's wife). It was perfect, really.

Quite captivating, no?

Youngest cousin, Jia Hui. Naughty is just an understatement.

The boring cake. But its actually yummy! So please do not judge a cake by its outlook. Why a big candle and 5 small ones you ask. Big one is for grandmother, 5 smaller ones for mom & aunts. My initial plan was to have them blow out one each, to be fair. But they are soooo reluctant. Tsk!

A pity this photo turned out blur. Can't blame me right? I had to be fast to capture the moment. Thats brother presenting Mummy her stalk of rose. Look at 4th aunt in the background, happy only.

I was the one who gave grandmother her stalk. Smile so happily, I wonder how they felt at that moment. The eldest child of each mother gave their stalks. Hehe Of course I'm special, grandmother dotes on me alot. (Think chilli crabs, lala, ... )

She represented her daughters & daughter-in-law. Thats YongShen checking her out :P

Blow out the candles!

All so happy. Of course, right?

And again!

Mummy dearest cutting the cake. Looks damn plain, isn't it?

Alright I ran out of photos already, so just bear with me. I really need to complain how much tutorials there are, recently. Its such a pain in the ass! Argh, feel like stabbing the lecturers sometimes.

On a LIGHTER (literally) note, I had a hair cut yesterday! There isn't much change in style since I'm a very boring person. Okay fine, there isn't a style to start with! Grrrrrr... Classmates noticed the slight change. Only mommy goes blabbering how there's no difference. So much difference alreadyyyyyyyyy lorrrrrrrrrrrrr. I like the stylist though, professional and interesting way to find out how I want my hair to be. Nice recommendation from someone nice. =)

I'm really looking forward to a relaxing Tioman trip after the term ends. Think I really need a breather. Gosh...

In case you miss my face,
